Administrative Assistant Construction / Insurance Restoration

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Dedicated administrative support for the Project Managers in Restoration and Contents Cleaning.
  • Administrative support in such areas as: 
     
                       Assist Claims Administrator

    • Insurance requests.
  •  
    • Process initial project information  and other pertinent project information.
  •  
    • Note files
  •  
    • Process   project warranties, job closeout files, etc.
  •  
    • And other duties as assigned by your manager.
  •  
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • 0 - 2 years of experience within the construction / trades industry.
  • Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, & Outlook.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent follow through and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Pay range: $12 -$16 per hour based on experience                     
Compensation: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
